SVAC Mission The mission of the Sammamish Valley Arts Center is to advance the quality and availability of art and art education, to support and encourage artists, and to promote understanding and appreciation of the arts. Goals and Objectives To promote an understanding of, and appreciation for, and the creation of fine art and craft. To provide high quality and thoughtful classes, workshops, live model studio sessions, Plein Air painting locations, critiques, private studio tours, lively art salon discussions and special annual, semi-annual, monthly and weekly events. To offer unique opportunities and programs that will inspire, educate and enrich the lives of everyone in the community and to support artists working in all mediums and art lovers from all walks of life. |

Local artists will be showcasing their original art work during the Sammamish Valley Arts Center’s 5th Annual Artists Studio Tour on May 19th and 20th, 2012. This is a free self guided tour for the general public to meet artists in the Woodinville-Redmond area, and observe artists in the process of creating fine artwork. |
